Garlic Chicken Alfredo Sauce - This classic recipe for garlic alfredo sauce, has the added bonus of tender chicken and hearty sundried tomatoes. Traditionally served over linguini, it can be served over another pasta if you prefer. This is no ordinary recipe for garlic alfredo sauce, it is extraordinary!

Ingredients to make Garlic Chicken Alfredo Sauce
1 lb Chicken
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Onion
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Milk
Sundried Tomatoes
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Pepper to taste
Directions to make Garlic Chicken Alfredo Sauce
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. Set aside.
Cut chicken and cook with garlic and onion until cooked. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and milk mixture to chicken. Add sundried tomatoes, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Simmer until thickened to desired consistency.
Tomato Pizza Sauce Recipe

This recipe will yield approximately 2 quarts of pizza sauce. The simple herbs used in this recipe help to let the tomato flavor still shine through. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. - Butter
16 Oz. - Can of Tomato Puree
3 Tbsp. - Olive Oil
1 Tsp. - Salt
3 Cloves - Garlic, Minced
1/4 Tsp. - Black Pepper
3 Large - Yellow Onions, Minced
1 Tsp. - Whole Oregano
2 Qts. - Canned Whole Italian Tomatoes
1 Tsp. - Whole Basil
In a Dutch oven or large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil and slowly but completely sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the tomatoes, salt,pepper, oregano, basil and puree. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for two hours. Stir occasionally, crushing the tomatoes with a potato masher.
Continue to mash, stir, and simmer partially covered until the sauce reaches the consistency of a rich soup.
If you find you have too many or too large tomato seeds left in the sauce, you may run the sauce through a sieve, (strainer). Set the sauce aside to cool or refrigerate before applying it to your pizza dough.

Ingredients to make Fiery Mustard Sauce
1 c Chopped mustard greens OR Swiss Chard
1/2 c Coarsely chopped green pepper
1 lg Red-ripe tomato, cored,quartered
1/4 c Loosely packed chopped cilantro
2 Fresh hot green chiles,stemmed, seeded
2 Garlic cloves, peeled
1 tb Mild olive oil
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Ground coriander
1 tb Dijon-style mustard
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt, or to taste
1/3 c Heavy cream
**A full recipe of this sauce is enough for about 1 1/2 pounds of cooked fish, seafood or firm cubed tofu.
