Sweet with Heat Dipping Sauce - This “quick fix”, robust, dipping sauce recipe, with it’s fiery yet sweet flavor, has a lovely Asian taste, that goes perfectly with fish. While your fish dinner is baking in the oven, fix this fabulous, homemade dip to go with it, and really impress friends and family! Best served on the side.

Ingredients to make Sweet with Heat Dipping Sauce
3Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
3Tbsp Thai fish sauce
1Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Water
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Scallion, thinly sliced
2 Slices habenero or jalapeno pepper, depending on desired spice level
Directions to make Sweet with Heat Dipping Sauce
Step 1:In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce and honey until dissolved. Add the water, garlic, scallion and chili slices. Set aside.
