1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Onion
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Milk
Sundried Tomatoes
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions to make Garlic Chicken Alfredo Sauce

Step 1:

Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. Set aside.

Step 2:

Cut chicken and cook with garlic and onion until cooked. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and milk mixture to chicken. Add sundried tomatoes, Italian seasoning and pepper.

Simmer until thickened to desired consistency.

1/3 c Heavy cream

**A full recipe of this sauce is enough for about 1 1/2 pounds of cooked fish, seafood or firm cubed tofu.

Directions to make Fiery Mustard Sauce

Step 1:Place greens, pepper, tomato, cilantro, chiles and garlic in a blender or food processor and process until smoothly pureed. Set aside.
Step 2:Heat oil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add pureed mixture and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until sauce is thick, 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3:Makes about 2 cups.

French bread,1 inch cubes

Directions to make Cheese Fondue Sauce

Step 1:Place cheese in plastic bag; sprinkle with flour. Toss until cheese is coated.
Step 2:Rub cut clove of garlic on bottom and side of 3-quart saucepan; add wine. Heat over low heat just until bubbles rise to surface (wine must not boil). Stir in lemon juice; add cheese, about 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in kirsch.
Step 3:Pour into ceramic fondue pot over low heat. Use long-handled forks to spear bread cubes; then dip and swirl in fondue with stirring motion.

1/4 c Sherry or Madeira
1/4 c Brandy
1/2 c Whipping cream
12 oz Fresh pasta,OR 8 oz Dried Pasta

Step 1:WIPE MORELS CLEAN. Cut larger ones in quarters, leave smaller ones whole. Bring 4 quarts of cold, salted water to a boil over high heat on the stove.
Step 2:Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and add the morels, garlic, shallots and salt. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the sherry and brandy. Increase the heat to high and cook until the liquid reduces by about 2/3. Add the cream and cook until the liquid reduces to a saucelike consistency and is thick enough to coat a spoon. Remove from the heat and keep in a warm place until the pasta is finished cooking. Add the pasta to the boiling water, cook until desired doneness, drain and toss with the mushrooms.
