Ingredients to make Garlic Chicken Alfredo Sauce

1 lb Chicken
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Onion
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Milk
Sundried Tomatoes
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Pepper to taste

Directions to make Garlic Chicken Alfredo Sauce

Step 1:

Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. Set aside.

Step 2:

Cut chicken and cook with garlic and onion until cooked. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and milk mixture to chicken. Add sundried tomatoes, Italian seasoning and pepper.

Step 3:

Simmer until thickened to desired consistency.

Ingredients to make Homemade Tahini Sauce

1/2 c Tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/2 c Water (approximately)
2 tb Vinegar, red wine
1 ea Garlic, clove, minced
Salt, Pepper to taste
2 tb Parsley, chopped

Directions to make Homemade Tahini Sauce

Step 1:Place tahini and a 1/2 cup water in processor or blender; blend until smooth. Add wine vinegar, garlic and salt and pepper; blend until smooth. Add enough water to bring sauce to pouring consistency. Transfer to small bowl and stir in parsley. Set aside, covered, at room temperature.

Ingredients to make Southwest Sauce and Marinade

1 sm Onion; chopped
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Catsup
2 tb Dry mustard
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper

Directions to make Southwest Sauce and Marinade

Step 1:Combine all ingredients, but fish, in a pot, place over medium heat and boil until reduced to a thin syrup. Pour the syrup through a strainer, discard the cooked ingredients in the strainer and chill the syrup.
