Ingredients to make Sweet with Heat Dipping Sauce

3Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
3Tbsp Thai fish sauce
1Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Water
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Scallion, thinly sliced
2 Slices habenero or jalapeno pepper, depending on desired spice level

Directions to make Sweet with Heat Dipping Sauce

Step 1:

In a small bowl whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce and honey until dissolved. Add the water, garlic, scallion and chili slices. Set aside.
